By creating an account, accessing, or using Laundry Space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Laundry Space is a cloud-based laundry management software that provides point-of-sale functionality, order tracking, customer management, payment processing, driver logistics, subscription billing, and public directory listing services for laundromat operators.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Laundry Space operates on a subscription model. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD) as displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the Service, including customer information, order data, and business records. You grant Laundry Space a limited license to host, process, and back up your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, African Models Services Ltd and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your settings.

Following termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
